THURSDAY, JANUARY 20 AT 1:00PM PACIFIC. The California Energy Commission (CEC) will host a remote-access workshop to present and gather stakeholder feedback on the Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Infrastructure Plan (ZIP). A quorum of commissioners may participate, but no votes will be taken.
The workshop will be held remotely, consistent with Assembly Bill 361 (Rivas, Chapter 165, Statutes of 2021) to improve and enhance public access to state agency meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic. The public can participate in the meeting consistent with the direction provided below. Please note that the CEC aims to begin promptly at the start time posted and the end time is an estimate based on the agenda proposed. The workshop may end sooner or later than the posted end time depending on various factors.

The California Hydrogen Leadership Summit will explore the policies, programs and incentives needed in 2022 to accelerate production, use, and storage of hydrogen, which is essential to California’s ability to meet emissions goals and address climate protection, air quality, energy resilience and sustainable economic growth needs. Join leaders from the energy sector, transportation, industry, academia and representatives from California state government, including legislative and administrative staff responsible for implementing climate change, air quality, energy diversity and conservation policies.
