This virtual and in-person briefing kicks off the Leonard Transportation Center's 2023 Dialogue Series. The event is hosted by Omnitrans, and will included a brief tour of Omnitrans’ facility after the presentation.

JANUARY 31 FROM 5:00AM TO 6:00AM - Join the Hydrogen Council and the World Bank for a briefing about their recently released report, Sufficiency, Sustainability, and Circularity of Critical Materials for Clean Hydrogen, looking at the raw materials used in the hydrogen value chain, with a special focus on metals.

This study was informed by the data collected by the Hydrogen Council across its membership through a clean room process, covering all relevant potentially critical raw materials used in the hydrogen value chain.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 31 FROM 9:30AM - 4:00PM PACIFIC TIME. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) will be hosting a virtual workgroup meeting to strategize on how to move toward a one hundred percent zero-emission bus fleet. Panelists invited include California transit agencies, the Governor’s Office of Business Administration and Economic Development (GO-Biz), the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), the California Energy Commission (CEC), the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), electric utilities, and hydrogen suppliers and station builders. This meeting will present current successes and discuss challenges and solutions on infrastructure needed for a full-scale conversion.
